The Jonah Hex movie premiered last night in Los Angeles, California at the ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome. Megan arrived at last night’s premiere wearing a custom designed Giorgio Armani Prive red silk charmeuse cocktail mini dress. The look features a plunging neckline that cascades into a waistline ruffle motif, exaggerated shoulders and fitted long sleeves. There are a bunch of pictures from last night.
